Our Graduate Program Briefing at Place: SMU School of Economics - Seminar Room 2.1 Date: 25 March 2014, Tuesday, starting 7 pm - 9 pm Date: 29 March 2014, Saturday, starting 10 am - 12 noon Details / information as follows: 1) Who are we? The Confidant Group(TCG). We are a start up financial services group that is recruiting for talents to lead our business and next phase of growth in the wealth management industry. Our partners are members of the OCBC Group. 2) What is the briefing about? Our programs are in our 7th batch already and it has been very well received by your seniors. In fact, one of your seniors and a graduate of the program is doing the briefing. We are sharing information and details about 2 programs at the briefing First, how we will select successful candidates from our Summer Associate Program and offer them a 2 years Graduate Associate Program offer with starting pay of $72,000 to $120,000. This will put you in the top 1% earners of your cohort. Second, we have a 5 day Fast Forward Program for Fresh Grads to successfully navigate the transition from student to working professional. Modules include Self Discovery, Career Navigation, Leadership, Communication and Money Management etc. 3) IF I already have a job, do I still need to come? The 5 day Fast Forward program is tailored specially for those with jobs, and it is beneficial and highly recommended. 4) My friends are not final year students / not Singaporean or PRs, can they come? The program are strictly for final year student/Singaporean & PRs. There will be a briefing for Internship program for non final year students some time in April. 5) Must I/friend complete the 5 days FF program or 13 weeks Associate Program if we enroll? No, you dont have to.Both programs have a option to drop out that can be exercised by you or your friend and by TCG as well.
