Hey fellow runners, Im headed out for a long run to prepare for Myrtle Beach 2015. My wife worries about me, running alone on those country roads. Like many of you, I have a Road ID, but I have found something else that is FREE that will help. There is a free app created by the same company, that will track your runs and send texts/emails to selected contacts. Included is a link for route tracking which does not leave your phones screen active. I only carry my phone on long runs, so this is a big benefit for me and my family. Too good to keep to myself!
