This positions responsibilities are as follows: ALL day to day operations of facility including but not limited to: (billing, cleaning, scheduling, programming, vendor management, etc). Market facility offerings in local community Develop and execute personal training, small group personal training, and large group programs Hire and manage any additional staff Develop and maintain client relationships Conduct client fitness assessments Attend health fairs and speaking engagements This position will allow the business minded fitness professional the ability to run their own facility without any of the financial risk. QUALIFICATIONS 4 year degree in Exercise Physiology or related field Certified personal trainer certification through NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or NCSF or similar CPR certification Early morning and weekend availability Reliable with strong work ethic
