Hey folks- Checking in on our 1st day of fishing. Good signs of yellowtail this morning but not very eager to bite. Fortunately our group of guys and girls worked very hard at the rail and were able to scratch up 85 fish. (16-22#) Around lunch we headed to try our luck at some rock cod. Fishing was on the tougher side, mainly due to lack of drift/wind, however we were able to put together a decent catch of reds, lings and mixed rock cod. Weather conditions couldnt be better, we enjoyed an absolutely beautiful day on the water. Tomorrow we will be looking to do some more of the same. Wish us luck! Shogun Crew
