Hey folks, I am very much in need of a drum kit, to borrow or rent for the night of Dec 19. Helping me out with this would be HUGELY appreciated! Here are the specs: Yamaha or Gretsch or DW or Ludwig 5-piece set including one (1) 8 x 12 rack tom preferred, however, 8 x 10” is acceptable one (1) 9 x 13” rack tom preferred, however 9 x 12” is acceptable one (1) 16 x 16 floor tom preferred; however, 14 x 14” is acceptable one (1) 5 x 14 snare with working throw-off/strainer snare wires, and one (1) 22 bass drum. However, a 20 is acceptable. Rack toms must mount on the bass drum. No floor stands for the rack toms. Floor Toms should have legs. All drums should have heads in good to excellent playing condition. Power toms can substitute if shallower jazz drums are not available. Hardware should include four (4) cymbal stands complete with cymbal sleeves and felt, heavy duty Hi-Hat stand with cymbal clutch, fully adjustable heavy duty throne and fully adjustable bass drum pedal with felt beater. Full set of Zildjian K Series Cymbals including 14” Hi-Hats one (1) 17” thin crash cymbal one (1) 18” thin crash cymbal, one (1) 20” or 22 ride, one (1) large china (18” – 20”). Sabian is acceptable if Zildjian is not available. Paiste is an absolute last resort.
