Hey friends. A couple of really good days. Hes walking longer distances and discovered that he has some sideways range of motion today that hasnt been there before! Most of the swelling is gone from the operative leg and he has some pretty impressive bruising! Kind of Technicolor if you know what I mean. The dr told him that they are going to discharge him on Thursday to come home. Hes up to 92 degrees flexion and a 2 degrees extension so they are well pleased with his progress. Hell keep working with an in-home therapist until he starts out-patient therapy -- probably another wk or two. Hes in good spirits and eager to come home.
