Hey friends ... Ive been debating on if and how to share some personal stuff, well health issues really. Most of you know I had too close of a call in January with Congestive heart failure, having almost died before the ambulance arrived. Then in May I spent two weeks in the hospital from consequences due to my stage 4 kidney (renal) failure I was admitted again last Thursday for a combination of issues and will be transferred today to a Rehab Hospital for a few weeks of specialized exercises and self-care training for my particular disabilities. My Daughter, Chaffin reminded me this morning that if I had not started making the changes in my lifestyle when I met Kevin Hinkle and began to be taught basic health as a beginning that I would not even be a candidate for this rehab Im about to receive and I plan to make Kevin proud =D Its NEVER to late to change, I hope to be available daily but please bare with me until I get familiar with the routine of being a stranger in a strange land =D I love you all so much and you are ALL so very valuable.
