Hey friends! Many of you said youd like to see more workout ideas from me. Here is one of my arm day supersets! I did these three exercises in a row without rest, then rested for 1 minute, then repeated for a total of 4 sets. Give it a try on your next arm day! Plank pull-ups (off smith machine, bend knees for beginners) 10-12 reps Close-grip Tricep Press (using EZ bar) 10-12 reps Plank Oblique Crunch 10-12 each side What are your favorite arm day exercises??
