Hey friends! My assistant is moving out of state so I will be looking for a new Personal Assistant! Feel free to send anyone my way that you can recommend! What I am looking for: *A woman who has a high level of integrity *Quick Work Ethic *Common Sense and fore thought *2 full days or 3 half days a week( I am flexible around field trips etc) Major Holidays she would have off *Computer Savvy! Must know Word and Excel and either know or be willing to learn to use a MacBook *great phone etiquette *detailed *organized *She must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to do errands ( I compensate for gas) *Positive and Enthusiastic *Someone without a ton of drama! I dont do drama! *Loving and dog friendly! *Someone who doesnt need to be micromanaged. I am often in and out when shes working after her training period. Job Responsibility of Personal Assistant/ House manager: *Appointment Scheduling *Customer service calls/texts *Emails *Data Entry *Creative/ Crafty Projects *Errand running *Marketing *Inventory labeling *Product Deliveries *Phone Calls * Laundry and dropping off/picking up dry cleaning ( NEVER undergarments) *Grocery store trips *Food Prep( like chopping veggies and grilling chicken) *Event Setup *Anything that needs to be done! LOL I run 3 businesses, lead a weekly Womens Leadership Bible study, volunteer and am sick a lot and in and out of the hospital often so someone Longterm and reliable is key!
