Hey friends! We really dont support or entertain Facebook drama but a lot of our wonderful customers are concerned by a recent post so I wanted to bring something to everyones attention. During our off season months (summer) we have very few products on hand bc we arent at comps. Our shipping times may be a little longer due to this unless our post says available for immediate shipping Our distributors usually dont notify us of out of stock/back ordered items until it has been shipped and we dont see it (trust me I know it sucks) but they get it to us as quickly as possible. As soon as we find out it is back ordered we notify our clients but we DO NOT keep customers money and not ship product thats just stupid! We started this business to help pay for cheer & now it is helping to support my daughters dream of one day owning her own cheer gym. She & I work very hard to make this successful, usually every day all the time. Every once in a while we may take a break to live, (like yesterday which is why I didnt know what was going on) but we are ALWAYS here for our customers and their support lets us know our hard work is not in vain. We appreciate your support & remind you not to entertain foolishness. When you are doing well and making a name for yourself you are bound to step on some toes. We are ok with that....
