Hey friends and family...My mom was sent to Aspirus Hospital in Wausau yesterday due to atrial fibrillation (irregular and fast heart rate) and congestive heart failure. They are continuing to drain fluid from her, and she will have an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) today. She also had low levels of magnesium and potassium, which basically keep your heart running. Either tonight or tomorrow, as soon as the fluid has reduced enough, they will perform a test to check for blood clots. If there are none, they will shock her heart to get it regulated. She is awake but very tired. I will give updates whenever I can. Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers.
