Hey friends & family! I love fitness & I love fun...its so important to do good things for your body & to have fun while we stay healthy!! With this winter we have had...ugh.. we all need to think about some warm summertime fun!! With that being said, I would like to invite you all to a really neat event on July 19th called The Color Run. This non competitive, 5k walk/run is a big party from beginning to end with live music & cold beer afterward (What? Beer?!.... Daniel Sechriest will be there!) Check it out at thecolorrun. This is a relatively easy challenge, even if you have never done a 5k! I know my brothers Doug Schwarzwalder & Ben Schwarzwälder are always down for a fun event! And what about you April Cunningham Schwarzwalder....like the best speed walker ever! And your neighbors Pamela Reddy Klopfer & her husband....ya girl, talkin to you, you totally run my pace! I think Nate Nale should celebrate his new smoke free lifestyle by doing the Color Run too! Then theres my friends Anna Drouillard & Rhonda Price who would look smashing in tutus...are you in? And Ive got some cousins out there Kristine Keegan Cover & Erica Davis Keegan & families....why you ask?? B-cous! Get it!! Matthew Bell, didnt you tell me you had recently taken up jogging?? And living in Chicago is not an excuse to not do it Arlete Yamada Kanode....well, ok, maybe it is. But Heather Grise do you wanna add a little color to your summer girl? It will be fun...messy, colorful, fun! Whos in?? Challenge yourself!!!!!! And then drink beer!
