Hey friends from Tim Svoboda......just 15 days to go! Here is a very recent update and I know you are standing with us. We are still chasing the loan....and we dont have it yet. Trusting God on the edge of the cliff waiting for a miracle! A miracle is taking place and my faith keeps rising! God has enabled us to raise an astonishing $ 1,125,000 to date and we have 15 days left to own these buildings. Purchase price with all closing costs is $ 4 million. We are aiming for a $ 2 million downpayment so the loan we are pursuing does not crush the work that is going on. With such a huge mountain before us there is no gift too small or too large in this effort. Much of little makes a lot and one big gift makes up for the little. Our smallest gift was 86 cents and our largest was $ 150,000. We are humbled by both as we know they both come with sacrifice, love and from our Lord.
