Hey future-roomie, From October 1st (maybe also a little earlier, needs to be arranged with the landlord) two little rooms (of 5.5 m2 and 5 m2) are going to be available in our house for €360 (all inclusive). Pictures of the rooms can be seen below and if you want to you can buy the bed and shelf from our current roommate. Our house is located in Paddepoel approximately 2 minutes to the Hanze and 10 minutes from the city center. The Paddepoel Winkelcentrum is also just around the corner. The kitchen, bathroom, garden and enormous living room is shared with 3 more people. We are two German girls and one Dutch guy that like to do roomie activities like dinners or going out and are all quite clean. So if you are a fun person to be around and think this description might fit you – get ahold :)
