Hey gang, Eric Johnson KOMO here with a story that tickled my heart: Mary Nam is on vacation, but yesterday she brought her son Henry into KOMO, along with her sister, who is visiting from Australia... and her sisters two absolutely adorable kids. I was upstairs greeting them, when Marys little 2-year old niece, named Pippa, fell to the ground and started making noise and fussing. No big deal. But Marys sis said these words to Pippa: You better get up or else Mr. Johnson will be very cross with you. And, BINGO! Up pops Pippa, and she says, Sorry Mr. Johnson. I was sort of stunned. A couple minutes later the same scenario plays out. Pippa starts to melt down a little bit... Mom says Mr. Johnson will get cross... Pippa straightens up immediately! It was like magic! They leave to go home... and then an hour later I get a text from Mary that says, It worked TWO more times on the way home! My sister wants you to record a little video saying that youll be cross if Pippa doesnt straighten up! I figured, Sure! Ill be the bad cop for a little cutie halfway around the world! Why not? So I made this video...and I hope it works forever! Now, if I only had that effect on my own kids!
