Hey girlie! I just wanted to say Im sorry the whole job thing didnt work out for David. I know you really wanted that for him as badly as I did. But, its totally cool. Thank you Amy. I know you did all that you could and hed have the job with no problems if it were souly your decision. But, because of our friendship and Davids hard work, he has maintenance experience and a good repor with Bell. Youre really an awesome friend. I was beginning to think about things before the job fell through. I watched that movie Click with Adam Sandler (not sure if youve seen it but maybe you can relate) I thought to myself What makes me as a person? Thats simple, my family. To be so far away from the family Ive had with me for 40 years would have a devastating affect on me after a period of time. The premise of the movie really is Family comes first You should always keep them close to you if you are able to. I think all this happened for a reason. We are so close with my parents and the rest of my family. Also, we are extremely devoted to our church and its congregation. To leave actually, wouldve been walking away from way too much right now. I really love your children and Im so grateful for having the opportunity to care for them both at my home and at the Sunshine House. I dont want you to think in any way that this has hurt our friendship with you. David is a strong guy and been in way worse situations. Worst case scenario is we sign another lease and stay here till he gets hired on at another community. Things will all be fine.. 😉 Just didnt want you to worry or feel bad..
