Hey good morning y’all! I have been thinking about all the bad that is going on in the world, so much racism…… do we really think any of us are innocent of this terrible sin? I mean in one form or another, if not today….. yesterday….. spoken or thought…. or years ago but regardless this caused me to think. Jesus was teaching in John Ch 3 (my paraphrase) when He said that unless a man is born again he will never see the kingdom of God, to which Nicodemus asked how can a man be born again, surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!” If you’ve not read the Chapter I recommend polishing up, the message Jesus is teaching here is that we must be reborn as Christians and we must study the Word! Now stay with me here is the part that got me….. IF we are reborn from and OF God then we have a common Father……. Father God which is in fact The Father , The Son and The Holy Spirit….. The Trinity is our Father, HE is our Lineage! Now the Author of our Salvation is our Father, sure we have birth parents which may or may not have the same color skin heck mine is olive but I am considered Caucasian to the world, your birth parents skin may be black, it may be brown, it may be any color on the color chart!! BUT if we would just allow ourselves to be born again, IF we would seek HIM, IF only we could see each other as brothers and sisters, IF only we realized that this country was built on Christian standards that have one common thread of Christian Love!! As long as we continue to allow the NON-Christians to dictate when, how and if we worship, as long as we allow the NON believers to stir up anger and hatred there will be no peace! When was the last time you invited someone to Church? When was the last time you shared the Love of Christ? Just Remember Jesus Loves You and So Do I!! May you and yours continue to be richly blessed and may WE ALL learn to love one another!
