It will be Australias first ever Rights of Nature Ethics Tribunal, so come along if you want to be a part of history and see some cool lawyering. The lawyers for the earth will include Michelle Maloney (from the EDO and Australian Earth Laws Alliance) and Benedict Coyne (from the Australian Lawyers for Human Rights). They are super cool human beings. THEYRE ALL ON AT THE SAME TIME and I was legit so torn and leaning towards the latter but feeling super poor. Then I remembered Id already RSVPd to the AELA event, so I guess thats where Im going! Its free, I am poor (I broke my phone and just bought a new one, lol), aaaand it will be an Australian first! Hopefully I can see you at some of the events.
