Hey guys. First off, I want to thank EVERYONE for all the help and support while Ive been away. I keep checking back and seeing everything getting taken care of, and Im like Damn. Lil bro would be damn proud. I know he is. Hes smiling down on us and throwing up his horns! A few things: We have a TON of donations coming in. Ali is doing her best to keep up with everything and has designated people to make this go as smoothly as possible. Im going to mention a few things, and I dont want anyone to feel like I forgot them, so if I do, dont hate me. :) Brandi is handling volutunteers Holly is overseeing and keeping track of donations (there are other people collecting, Holly is keeping track) I have security covered. An old friend I used to work with is bringing his crew up. I know we wont need it, but it will help us organize traffic and keep everything locked in as far as not breaking the law (im lookin at you kids ;) ) Caleb and Matt are handling bands (as far as I know) and should have the set list and times setup very soon. Theres a ton of other people throwing in, but for sanity sake, if you have anything to do with anything Ive mentioned here, please check in with Ali, if you havent already. It helps keep things from getting too insane. Theres going to be a TON of people here, and all I want to see is love, good times, and awesome music celebrating Jakes awesome life. Yes, Im out on vacation for a few days, but I check in every night and catch up on whats going on. NONE of this would be happening if people havent stepped up and locked in to what theyre doing. To keep communication clear, Id love if everyone can just be awesome and help keep this running smoothly. See these smiles? I want to see them on everyones faces on the 11th.
