Hey guys! Hee Hoon, the owner of Tool Box, wanted me to reach out to the foreigner community and say a few words on his behalf. As a huge fan of the restaurant and a friend I wanted to let you guys know that things havent been going for well for the past 5 or 6 months. So bad in fact that he contemplates after every burger he makes if it his last. He has a huge passion to see his business succeed and he feels bad he doesnt have the ability to express his gratitude to the foreigner community. June and I have given him a few suggestions based off what we have learned from JJs but told him it was ultimately about what his patrons wanted. We were able to convince him to give it one last honest go and we have come up with a couple of ideas. Starting today (Thursday) and every Thursday here on in Toolbox will be putting on a set menu special. You can get a Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, and a draft beer for 10,000 won. Also, in the very near future, Toolbox will be hosting and all-day Saturday event with some acoustic performers to show his appreciation and allow his patrons to fill out forms with any suggestions they might have so Hee Hoon can make his restaurant more accommodating. For my money Toolbox is arguably not only has the best burger in Ulsan but in South Korea. I know a lot of you feel the same way. So, lets show our support and keep a good thing going.
