Hey guys. I addressed being groped by a strange man at Comic-Con in a video. I didnt intend to when I started filming. And I didnt mean to get so upset, angry, and take what started as a story about someone else to a personal level. I was hesitant to even post the resultant video-- Im sure Ill hear a lot of hateful bullshit in Youtube the comments about it as well. I didnt post this for personal attention or sympathy, or anything as fleeting as that. But the level of indifference the man who groped me expressed-- the sheer level of entitlement and complete lack of acknowledgement that what he did was upsetting, hurtful, and completely unwanted and unwarranted- this is why Im posting the video. Im shocked I even need to say that harassment is wrong, and that we should be able to treat each other as human beings worthy of basic levels of dignity and respect. To deny that harassment is a problem, is itself, a problem. Even at a place as fun as wonderful as SDCC, it happens. I know I didnt catch the worst of it, but I also know that no one deserves to feel as small and powerless and furious as even I did. youtu.be/Ks9jr_JtKUg
