Hey guys! I am leaving my lovely room in Greenpoint (Dupont Street, 4 minutes walk to Greenpoint Avenue G train) to move closer to where I study. The room is very light, super quiet, and can fit a full sized bed. Im actually leaving the frame of the bed, and there is a little wardrobe, some shelves and an AC unit coming with the room. The living room is massive, people used to have yoga classes in there. Youll be sharing the apartment with two guys. One is an actor, the other one is an english teacher. Both are very discreet, so you can count on having your privacy and restful nights! Its $800 plus bills (usually $50 a month), so its really a steal for the area! A deposit of $800 is necessary, pretty standard. Get in touch with a little description of who you are and what you do in life, and Id be happy to show you the room. The move in date is quite flexible, between this weekend and the end of the month!
