Hey guys. I am thinking of starting an endurance class through spring and summer. I have a few questions for you. 1. Are you interested in this? 2. Would 1 day a week or 2 days a week work best? 3. Would 5 am be the best time for most? Could anyone make 8 am on Wednesdays work? Or 10 am? Let me know your thoughts. Im open to anything that doesnt disrupt our classes. Also if Im coaching it, it will be held in the morning. But if there is interest for an evening endurance class, we can have coach Z hold it at night. That being said, we tried an evening endurance class last year and no one was coming, so there would need to be a higher level of commitment in order for me to get it going.
