Hey guys, I dont usually post status for such minor things but this one needs to be mentioned. As you guys may remember, I started my own photography venture named Visions by - Akash Chandani with this tagline Because I save todays memories for tomorrow... I plan to broaden this project significantly in the future by investing more and more energy, time and effort into it. But today, it came to my attention that some random guy named Funty Keswani (from Bairagarh.Bhopal) blatantly copied my photography ventures name and tagline in his photographs. Upon contacting him and asking him to stop copying my projects tagline and name, he maintained a stubborn attitude and declined to do so. I mean I am flabbergasted by the behavior of this guy, photography is something whose main requirement is creativity but when you arent creative enough to come up with a unique name and tagline for your photography project, how could you excel in this field? Speaks volumes about his work. On the other hand, ripping off my projects name is essentially theft of my intellectual property, a concept he doesnt seem to grasp. All in all, the point of this post is to direct my friends and fans attention towards this stubborn ripoff. I am not interested in wasting my time and energy in this issue anymore since I have made my point. Be the judge! Comments appreciated.
