Hey guys I know this is not necessarily community based but I wanted to share that Bryan Schneider and I are going to play The Battle of the Bands in Columbus for Rock on the Range. This is something that we have worked hard for. Just wanted to let you guys know that two of your local boys are going to represent The Ohio Valley! If we win we will play Rock on the Range which is huge exposure for us. Bryan and I put together this music to help people and the message is starting to reach abroad. Weve sold over 600 copies since September and our music has already made it overseas. Locally we managed to raise over 3000 for the Wheeling Homeless. The message were pushing is all positive and were growing. Weve been on News 9, featured in The Intelligencer and the Times Leader, Theyve played our music on EAGLE, weve opened for 3 national acts and now were going to Columbus to compete. Weve actually been talking to a management too. Sorry if I sound like Im tooting my own horn. Weve worked so hard. Heres what we want people in OUR community to know. Anywhere we go. Were playing for the valley. The Ohio Valley is our home and we know that a lot of you guys are struggling right now. You may not like the style of music but know this. Here is our message- Keep fighting!! Awhile back we lost a good friend actually when this thing started Some of you might have known him. Mr. Dave Bumgardner. He believed in us. We had two choices lay down or give it everything we had. All of the above happened out of love and determination and its going to get bigger. Here is what I have learned. Every time we succeed it gives a little bit of hope. My father worked hard underground so I could have a better life So for our community and all of you who dont know how your going to make it to the next paycheck, or how your going to support your kids on what little money you do have. KEEP FIGHTING AND DONT GIVE UP!!
