Hey guys! I need some help! I still am looking for someone who is interested in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, pet friendly in northwest Colorado Springs. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. My job is relocating to Illinois (I have 10 months remaining). And uprooting is expensive enough, lol (without buying out of a lease). If you know anyone in need please contact me. The unit features central ac, brand new washer and dryer in unit, brand new dishwasher, wood burning fireplace for cold winter nights. The neighborhood features ton of shopping including Kohls, Costco, Lowes, Stein Mart, and many other places, all are in walking distance (about 3miles) so are vehicle might be the better choice but still walk-able. The neighborhood also features of tons of restaurants. There is literally something for everyone including, McDonalds, Chipotle, Bone Fish Grill, Noodles and Company, Panera, Freddys and so many more. The apartment is in 80919 which features some of the awesome Academy District 20 schools. There are 3 elementary schools close by which are IB schools and one that is an Immersion Spanish School. 1 middle school, and 1 high school. I have always heard location, location, location and this area is truly a place to be and has so much to offer. Best of all there is no comparison in price it is unbeatable for what is offered!
