Hey guys Ive got a special video and a giveaway for you!! Im bringing Kyle back....my friend here from the supplement store that I frequent is a wealth of knowledge. And the reason Im doing is because not only do I want to encourage you on this journey to health, but I want you to be confident in your choices. This video stemmed from the reason I was banned yesterday from a Facebook group. Folks were discussing protein, ingredients and its purpose, and silly me, I attempted to offer someone a little insight. Another didnt like it and kicked me out. Knowledge is power people and the beauty of it is you simply cannot argue with fact. So very many of you are finally trying protein powders now that youre learning they arent just for body builders and that makes me so happy!!! They were and still are a staple in my weight loss and weight maintenance. But one of the most frequent questions I get asked is, how do you decide which one to try and use? Well, Im going to let the professional explain to you in this short little video, which is one of the biggest reasons why I continue to use what I use. And not to mention Im in love with the taste. Also, I do believe Ive received everyones emails from all the contest winners from last week which means Im heading to the post office on Saturday!!
