Hey guys, Many of you are probably familiar with the RB6 rear - TopicsExpress

Hey guys, Many of you are probably familiar with the RB6 rear arm mod where an extra hole is drilled in the arm farther to the inside to gain rear traction. This past weekend at the Short Course Showdown finals in Omaha, Dillan Voelker, Dustin Hosick, and myself tried the same technique on our mid motor SC6 trucks with pretty good success. Omaha is a medium bite indoor track, and the aggressive nature of the front end on the SC6 made it difficult to keep the rear end hooked up. We drilled a new hole approximately 21.5 mm out (center to center) from the sway bar hole on the arm. There was no particular rhyme or reason for 21.5 mm, it just looked like a reasonable distance to us. Immediately the rear end of the truck felt significantly more planted, and the truck was much easier to drive aggressively. I was able to challenge JP Richards for TQ in Pro 2 using this, and Im definitely a lot happier with the truck overall this way. I hope this might help someone on medium to low bite indoor tracks.
