Hey guys, So this Is back workout 2 of the week.Meaning we do volume. So all the exercises are 4 sets of 10 with 35 seconds rest. the last exercise in the chain is 30 repetitions, then 20 the 15 with the same meager rest period. We did some fun and old school exercises enjoy the video. its again compressed and does not show the whole workout.....but soon. Zeus was not coming to the gym, he was on his way yo his Saturday social.
