Hey guys!!! Well, the first letter finally came in!!! My mom got it in the mail yesterday! It was just the form letter that every recruit is required to send, but he was able to add a little note at the bottom :) he said Im doing good! This is really intense, but Im handling it well and the Drill Instructors say we are doing good. They say training is going to start picking up so I wont be able to write for a couple days. I LOVE YOU! It made us all really happy to see that :). SO.... I have his address, but there are quite a few strict rules about what you can send and what you cant... So before I post the address, Ive asked him (now I have to wait for a response) if he actually wants me to or not. In the mean time, if you would like to write him a letter, I am more than happy to send it for you! Please, white or lined paper only (no pretty stationary!), no perfumes, and only white envelopes - do NOT write or draw anything on the outside of the envelope (until I get the go ahead from Aaron to give out the address, I will write his name and address on the envelope- return address is fine).
