Hey guys and girls. Just a little taste of what is to come in the next bit of my book, enjoy As the young teenager laid in the bushes she thought about what had made her life come to this moment, waiting in the bushes for her captor, at first her plan was to ensure safety to the ones she cared about. But now it was so much more than that, the man had taken everything from her; and now she was going to make him suffer just as he had made her. She had planted explosives all around the building, now all that she needed was him. It had been four months since Claire had seen her brother, but it felt like a lot longer. She hadn’t spoken to him in a while either, the risk was too great. Over the last four months a lot had happened, she had found a home. It wasn’t permanent, but it was a place she could lay low and make plans. It was a small apartment in a fairly small town; she mostly kept to herself dealing with only a few people on a regular basis. Things had gotten hard, she was now eight months pregnant; making a lot of things hard to do. She was showing, but her pregnancy could be hidden by a baggy jumper and some jeans. As hard as being pregnant was, tracking Bane wasn’t as hard as she thought it would be. He was over cautious, he moved a lot. But as careful as he was he always left a trail, she had tracked him by the internet and clients mostly. The young girl came to realize that he had a cover job, to keep up appearances; ironically his cover job was an attorney for a big law firm. He was involved in a lot of big lawsuits, usually followed by the media; so it was easy to track his location. The young girl exited her day dream as she saw a black van; she reached down to the switch that would end his life. But she saw a familiar face, one she didn’t expect to see. A face that brought tears to her eyes; the face of her eight year old brother. After this it will be about what happened a week earlier, it will explain a little about the bomb, why it is now about revenge and how her brother ended up there. Also about her life, and how she is dealing with things.
