Hey guys, havent posted for a while, just thought id write up a post about body weight exercises and stuff that you can do by yourself at home if you were looking at starting of small. With little or no equipment you should be able to get a nice all round full body workout. Examples include: Squats, Lunges, Side lunges, Plank and side plank, Sit ups and crunches, leg raises, PUSH UPS! Star jumps, Steps ups, and Dips. Theres lots more you can do so if anyway wants a full program you can do at home feel free to shoot me a message.
