Hey guys heres a quick clip on really targeting those pectoral muscles. Heres what iv been doing for years. Applying the REVERSE GRIP bench press. Over the years Iv gained great pectoral development with this workout. Dont just take my word for it, its actually proven to initiate 30% more muscle activity then conventional overhand presses. This can be done incline, flat and decline.
