Hey guys, hope weve all had a good week! Lets finish this week off with a WOW (Workout of the Week). This workout is suitable for every level of ability. Every set/exercise is 30-60 seconds, depending on your ability (the easier option/regression is in brackets). Each little circuit is completed 3 times. Push ups (complete on knees if unable to on toes) Battle rope slams (complete at own pace with intensity) Plyometric shoulder press (adjust weight/throw height) Lat pulldown (adjust weight) REST Leg lifts (bent knees make this easier) Crunches with legs in the air (after leg lifts) (again, bent knees make this easier) Ab wheel (roll out only as far as you are able) Plank (do it on your knees to make it easier) REST Military press (adjust weight) Side/lateral raises (adjust weight) Shrugs (adjust weight) Bent over flyes (adjust weight) 500 metre row - completed ONCE only (adjust resistance level) Have a great Australia Day long weekend everyone!
