Hey guys i have a b20v and i missed a gear and over revved. After that i noticed a little tick that sounds like the valves are ticking really loud. After i pulled the vc this is what it looks like. Any ideas? Keep in mind the head was ported polished and was rebuilt not to to long ago. pS i also droped 2 washers in the spark plug holes as u can see if anyone would know how to take them out that would be great
