Hey guys, if you have time to read this, it would be much appreciated. Firstly, I’d like to acknowledge that this topic is sensitive - suicide. I almost, to never publicize any emotions in Facebook - but today will be an exception. Without name dropping, a friend/client in their early 20’s had departed from this world through suicide early this week. I can’t help express how saddening this topic can get. The strings to the core of my heart hurt for the individual, the closer friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances. This is news that no one wants to receive. I wish I knew the pain behind your smile, your laughter and silence. I would have definitely made conscious effort to help save you from the pain, sorrow and anguish you were continuously battling – as I (or we all) were there in phases of our own lives. I will never discriminate you, this topic or anyone who goes through ever the binding darkness that can or will consume. You may never hear or see my writing, but hope you do through my thoughts and prayers. Guys, take time to reflect on yourselves. Day by day we can grow selfish and neglect the people around us, we naturally keep to ourselves and to our circle of comfort. Take the time to fall back to where innocence and love was the medicine to our own ego. Take the time to talk and forgive your unforgiven. Take the time to show love and care for the people that do and don’t surround you. I’m not perfect and know I have my own list to go through. Thank you for reading, Sincerely, M.A.P
