Hey guys, if you might know or not, Im trying to complete a novel by the end of this year. Ive decided to dedicate every day to get it done, since I got the summary plot draft done. All I ask is to read this very opening paragraph, to see the style Im aiming for (a mix between Charles Dickens and George Orwell). Please comment below. Even the moon had trouble shining . . . Malik Souway pondered with eyes closed. Gradually, he fell into that deep waking of thought, where the night was cloudless; instead of the shifting gray of thunderous roars. What, if this was the darkness, would be everlasting to all contexts of clarity, but suddenly a glimmer arose which strained him to look. It was the moon, rising from the far reaches of his mind. He pertained his focus, feeling caught in its freedom and sheer aspect of brilliance. Then slowly, his tears cried to the crescent white, until his heart plunged in its grandeur; for it arose so sweetly in the open, that it called out to him, and be lost within the beauty.
