Hey guys, introducing myself which is something I realize Ive been late in doing since joining :) Im Australian like you guys but I worked on the US Startup Visa legislation that were all still trying to push through and am still an admin over on the StartupVisa page that was set up by McClure, Feld, Eric Ries etc. I might be the first non-American to work on potential US legislation too, will have to look into that some day :) Anyhow if someday all this is actually over, my own startup will be around social gaming/transmedia and in terms of skillset Im a game programmer/designer. For anyone looking to get out to the US there is a startup visa workaround were starting to implement that can avoid e2/e3s altogether that I cant really talk about publically yet other than to say.. stay flexible espec from January onwards. I am looking at getting out to the US earlier than that though if possible so if any of you need someone in the US *right now* or have more questions, please leave me a comment here before you add/msg me privately so I know to add you.
