Hey guys, me and my flatmates have a room available on Able Smith street for 6 months! The room is a single with a built in wardrobe, and it gets a lot of sunlight. You could probably fit a double in there if you tried hard enough. Rent is $155. The flat has two toilets, a sweet deck and decent sized lounge and kitchen. We are all studying at Vic, enjoy getting on the piss on the odd occasion, and will also have a BBQ for the deck. Whats not to like?
