If issue still persists, please use the following temp solutions to continue to play, our tech team has started looking into it: 1. If you are playing with Facebook account, go to https://apps.facebook/cityofsteam_arkadia, you can continue with your progress; 2. If you are playing with CoS account, play on the browser version on cityofsteam, you can continue with your progress.
