Hey guys, our biggest apologies to all of you and those attending the WOD and open gym this morning but I am afraid Tim is unable to make the sessions. He will be in contact with each one of you today to explain but there will be no sessions running until the 5:30pm WOD. he is having major issues getting over to the box and cant get on to the internet either so he will give each of you a call shortly. I assure you he wouldnt cancel unless it was serious and I would fill in if I wasnt working all day. He is deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused to your day.
