Hey guys! please sign this petition, because the Jeffco public school board and the Colorado State House are attempted to censor American History when teaching it to high schools: Materials should not encourage or condone civil disorder, social strife or disregard of the law. Instructional materials should present positive aspects of the United States and its heritage.” MEANING that important parts of our history such as the Civil Rights Movement, Native American genocide, and slavery will not be taught in public schools. Which even though some of our history is ugly, we still need to learn it, understand it, and never ever repeat the past. It takes less then a minute!
