Hey guys, so I dont know if you guys have seen the assignment for Phase 3, but its on the class website and its due Thursday. Basically we have to do a SWOT thing where each of us takes a letter (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats,there is a fifth letter which is an Implementation Plan.) and we have to come up with 6 bullet points relating to our idea. First, however, we need to come up with a single solution out of all of our problems! I will take the Implementation Plan, but I think we should all choose one solution that we really like (we can combine some, too! I just want us to all agree on one) and post it here or on phase 3 so we can decide by Tuesday night. That will give us a day and a half to do our own individual part of the project.
