Hey guys so I have decided that this year I want to drop a decent amount of money on a single channel of high quality pre to run my fender strat and jazz bass (active) through for recording. I run a steinberg UR22 at home which is equipped with yamaha d-pres, so wondering if I ought to get a new interface as well since going through two pres would kind of defeat the purpose. In any case what are your recommendations? What do you like for getting a really fat electric direct guitar and bass sound?
