Hey guys this is justin. Wow. All the hard work leading up to this event, and just like that, its over. I gotta say Im a little sad! I couldnt have possibly had more fun than I did with each and everyone of you this weekend. When it comes to everyday wods and even competing personally, I check my ego but when it comes to my members and my gym, thats where I do have an ego and what can I say about each and everyone of you! Just getting to see all you guys push beyond your limits and then some, and represent our box with the utmost professionalism. Tony said it well and I think I noticed him a little emotional when we surrounded the team on the thrusters and pullups on Saturday night, our members were the first to cheer them on. This is what CrossFit is all about and there is no better group to be apart of that the one we have at CFB. Thank you to everyone who came to cheer us on and thanks for all the support daily at the gym. I am already ready to get back and start the week, all because I know I get to be surrounded by you guys daily! Love CFB!!!!
