Hey guys, we have had a lot of enquires about what classes we will be running and what they involve. Here is a list of descriptions weve put together! A new timetable will be out shortly so keep your eyes peeled! • BOOT CAMP Boot camp is a class that mixes callisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Our boot camp will allow you to push yourself to limits you never knew you had and be motivated by the TEAM around you. This program will create a military style environment with lots of fun and interesting pieces of equipment. • LIVE STRONG Live strong is a weights based group exercise class that uses light to moderate weights under high repetition. This class will provide you will a full body workout, targeting individual muscle groups whilst still giving you a cardio hit as well. • PUNCH PUNCH boxing classes are perfect for those participants wanting to improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscle and increase strength whilst burning lots of calories. These classes will combine a variety of boxing and kick boxing drills along with other cardio and strength exercises catering for beginner to advanced individuals. • H.I.I.T Exactly what it says – High Intensity Interval Training!!!! This class is perfect for those participants who are short for time but want the ultimate total body workout that will allow them to achieve their goals fast. This class format alternates short periods of high intensity anaerobic activity with less-intense periods of recovery. HIIT is the latest craze in the fitness industry with research showing its extremely effective fat burning capacity. • BALANCE The perfect class to BALANCE out your training program and allow you to achieve maximum results. Balance will incorporate a variety of stretching and strengthening movements that will help improve flexibility, posture, joint mobility and core strength. • CRUNCH This class will focus solely on developing and improving core strength and get that 6 pack you have all been dreaming of. Crunch is a great half hour class you can tack onto the end of another class or you can even time it to finish up your gym program with. • CIRCUIT Circuit is a form of body conditioning that aims to improve muscular endurance with the combination of cardio and strength exercises in a timed circuit format. This class is great for those who enjoy a bit of everything in a simple easy flowing class setting. • KIDS FIT This program keeps our youth active in a fun and playful setting and aims to improve the health and fitness of our children through a game centred approach. Participants will learn about the importance of regular exercise and healthy eating along the way. We want to advocate healthy lifestyle right back where it starts and help kids understand that exercise can be fun and exciting.
