Hey guys, we´re looking for a new roommate in our lovely house with 3 German girls and two German boys from the 1st February 2015 on. The room is about 16 square meters large and is fully furnished (bed, couch, 2 small shelfs, small table, desk, chair, build-in wardrobe, own sink) which you have to buy for 70€. It is situated in Vinkhuizen (4 minutes to the Hanze and 13 minutes to the RUG and the city centre) near some supermarkets (2 minutes) and the rent is about 395€ total per month. We also have a little garden in the front where we can do BBQ in summer and a shed where you can put your bike in. As well, we have an own drier and a washing machine.
