Hey is that Virgin Media? Yes I just wanted to say you are the worst company in the history of the world barr none. Your customer services both in UK and India (though Marginally better) are so useless and un helpful that they may as well not exist at all. I despise you to your very core and hope your company goes massively bust and that all the senior management die in a series of bizarre and painful gardening accidents NTL were briefly the worst company on earth then you took over and did what many people thought completely impossible and made everything much much worse. Which is amazing because where you found people worse than the last lot baffles me. These people so utterly devoid of an ability at all so stupid, lazy, rude and completely knowledge-less about your own product I have to believe its deliberate. Me, my house, my TV and Internet and postcode dont exist again. They obviously do, but according to Virgin (and for literally the 16th time in 6 months) I cannot pay my bill or enquire about anything again because there are no services to pay for because my area of London doesnt exist and therefore nor do I or my account. Well Virgin I can assure you that SW13 does exist and so too does my internet and indeed me. You may start by asking the last 11 virgin employees that have been to the house over the last 6 months to prove to you that the area of the River Thames from Putney to Hammersmith does indeed appear on maps, charts and various APPS available for free. In the mean time I must sadly move to SKY now I think which is a horrible pity as in the Branson V Murdoch thing Im team Dickie all the way, but dear God this cannot go on. However I rather suspect that once I move on and accept the fact they have no record of me again and instal SKY, all of a sudden I will miraculously re surface on the Virgin Steam Punk coal fired Computer system and a menacing red light will flash somewhere in Nepal and a team of Virgin Flying Monkeys will be despatched to brutally reconnect me to the horror that is this shower of morons and rude assholes. I hate you all
