Hey its Sunday morning and good morning all. Of course I am doing cardio with 20 lbs kettlebells on treadmill deluxe on level 30 speeds 2.00. Since its Sunday I want to get as much as possible in and out. .thats reasons combination of cardio & weights especially on this machine I end with a complete body workout which is abs back shoulders, biceps, triceps., all of the low body parts and plenty of burning & sweating the whole time.
