Hey kids! Tomorrow is the big day for eating massive quantities of Thanksgiving nosh. Here are three simple tips to prevent post Thanksgiving meal bloat. 1. Workout like a fiend first thing in the morning. Get your metabolism going and your guilt immobilized by taking care of bushiness before you sit down for the big meal. 2. If youre going to drink, do yourself a favor, and drink a big 10 oz. glass of water between each cocktail. Youll get less tipsy, act less stupid and feel better in the morning. 3. Dont go back for thirds. Fill the plate once, go back for favorites, but dont treat the day like its your last meal on earth. Happy Healthy Thanksgiving everyone!
